Incorporated since 1999, is a full-service cleaning and janitorial company. Our mission is to create clean, healthful and sanitary conditions which enhance our clients’ working environments and productivity. Accounts include government, corporate, small business and health care clients who praise our responsive customer service, quality workmanship and 24/7 accessibility.
Our headquarters is located in the Bronx, and we service various clients throughout the New York tri-state area. Our janitorial staff is trained, equipped, uniformed, bonded and insured. Services for commercial clients include: sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors; dusting and polishing surfaces; cleaning, sanitizing and re-stocking bathrooms; and emptying wastebaskets. Additionally, porter (day-time) services, and emptying trash can.
Our certifications include: DBE-NYSUCP; NYC M/WBE; NYS WBE; Section 3; NY & NJ Minority Supplier Dev. Council; Port Authority of NY/NJ; Minority & Women-owned small business enterprise and WOSB. Our janitorial staff is trained, equipped, uniformed, bonded and insured. We have built our practice on superb customer service for 20 years. Clients have included NYC Department of Health, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner; Columbia University Medical Center; US Department Of Veterans Affairs St. Albans Campus; US Army Contracting Agency; Turner Construction; Skanska USA; and others.
